The Tour de Cure is a challenging cycling event that lets the avid and recreational cyclist raise money for diabetes research, programs to find a cure for this deadly disease, and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes.  Ride to make a difference in the lives of 300,000 South Carolinians diagnosed with diabetes and the 300,000 who do not know they have the disease.

The Tour de Cure features fully-stocked rest stops with water, sports drink and power snacks every 10-12 miles.  We offer sugar-free snacks for our diabetic cycling friends at all rest stops.
